About Me

My name is Braxton Cabrera. I am a Senior at Gulf Coast High School where, over the past four years, I gained leadership positions in programs such as Model UN (Chief Financial Officer & Secretary-General of SharkMUNC), Speech & Debate (Vice-President), Best Buddies International (Vice-President), and Mock Trial (Case Theory Director). I have a passion for political economy at the international scale, specifically with a focus on how arts and culture contribute to the global economy; this is reflected through my presidential leadership at the Naples Players Academy of Performing Arts, a non-profit educational theatre, where I particularly focus on making the arts more accessible to underserved communities. I feel very honored and privileged to be an active participant in this program to help grow myself as an entrepreneur and serve the Collier community as a future CEO.
